At Organic Zindagi, we are committed to delivering high-quality food products to our customers. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items. Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

After reviewing the issue, we will either send a replacement product or issue a refund if applicable.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
